Need more information tbh dude... Because HU in position yes I would be 3 betting this every time (100bb deep) but the decision here is based on other factors. For example the tendencies of your opponents left to act: are they tight and likely to fold loads? Or will they peel a lot and create a crappy spot for you?

If you want a general answer then I'd say no because the 4 hurts and there are two players behind who can make life difficult/awkward.

PokerStars - $0.10 PL Hi FAST (6 max) - Omaha Hi - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 115.9 BB (VPIP: 44.83, PFR: 37.93, 3Bet Preflop: 41.67, Hands: 29)
SB: 72.3 BB (VPIP: 22.22, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 9)
BB: 107 BB (VPIP: 20.00, PFR: 11.67, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 62)
UTG: 100 BB (VPIP: 16.67, PFR: 16.67, 3Bet Preflop: 25.00, Hands: 18)
MP: 126.1 BB (VPIP: 33.33, PFR: 16.67, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 6)
Hero (CO): 187.5 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 6 8 A K

fold, MP calls 1 BB, Hero raises to 4.5 BB, fold, fold, fold, MP calls 3.5 BB

Flop: (10.5 BB, 2 players) 7 K 9
MP checks - I wanna cbet, but getting checkraised would kind of suck wouldn't it?

Kinda, but how often do you think you're getting checkraise by a hand that limp-calls from MP when you have one of the kings in your hand? Not that often.

Checking isn't bad though - you get to keep a lot of his worse hands in the pot that might fold to a bet but put more money in bad later (like QQxx or A765) and you can continue on basically every turn card.

Yeah, I like checking more than betting here.

No strat in bbv ldo so couldn't figure out where to post this

Saw a zoom hand yesterday (sorry no HH saved) where wruum called a pot sized turn bet on a two-tone broadway board with set of tens, with like 0.3 SPR behind.

First I was mindblown as to why not shovel the rest in if you're calling, not like you're ever folding any river. Then I realized that villain had raised UTG, and the times he has kkxx blockers, wruum gets the rest too on the river, while villain just folds it to a turn jam. Which in the end will mean a couple extra bb's in that spot.

Just the sort of thing I'd literally never see at micros (at least not for that reason lol) or think during a hand myself...

huh? If I bet pot on the turn, and he shoves for .3 spr more, I'm calling?!
who folds??

yeah, I don't understand the turn call instead of shove for .3 spr more.

You pot the turn on a broadway board with broadway blockers, get jammed for .3spr more, and you call?

So if you have KK34, and pot a AQJ9 board and get shoved on for the rest, you call that off? eh

I've been in a couple of study groups and we never used video chat, just voice and sometimes screensharing. Since your from the US it would probably be best to join astudy group in a similar timezone.

1) Delete the inessential info: all of the hole cards at the top except your own, and the showdown results.
2) Replace suit letters with suit pictures: .

The tidy version of that HH looks like this:

+1

It doesn't have enough equity pre flop to stack off with, I'd fold

my thought process was that he was raising a number of hands but not super laggy like maybe 35% of hands and that I had AK and 56 connectors so I could 3 bet bluff and then if I got called I would still have A and K blockers and connectors.
I dont have any hud yet and havent trawled through propokertools so Im not sure how bad the math is on it. It seemed reasonable to me. In texas holdem its easy to calculate what percentile your hand is in because theres not 16k hands!
