Betfair has been extremely crappy today. I've been able to play 3minutes in the first session and an hour later 8minutes in the second session before I received this "your connection to betfairpoker.com has been lost" -message, even though my internet connection has been fine all that time. When will they do something about this? Whining to support for the 100th time about these problems and all I get are those emails asking when did the disconnects happen etc etc. THEY HAPPEN F*KING ALL THE TIME!
I spoke to support about the crashes and they were acting like it was my computer even though I've never had a crash before this update and then today twice in a row. I asked them to please bring the issue up with the programmers, but I feel like they sort of ignored me.
It's crazy when you think how much money their servers and software costs people money, though I guess the way to think about it is that everyone is affected? I guess there are some fortunate people how just never have any issues, I mean it's like added EV for them.

Once again: make distinct HUD profiles for Hi and Hi/Lo, then you'll get to know fast which game you're playing. It's a way faster adjustment that begging their support to change tabs, though the latter is an ultimate longterm solution.

C00n they had separate tabs for a while, suddenly gone back to just an Omaha tab
I've been having a lot of crashes lately too on william hill. Sort of assumed it was just my computer but now that I think about it they have all pretty much come since the update.
The support did the same with me (betfair). It's appalling how they do not seem to "know" that these crashes happen, or that's what they kinda "claim". They ask for timestamps etc even tho they happen ALL THE TIME to everyone. So clearly it is not that every players' computer is shiiit.
I'm guessing reinstalling won't help, the software is a buggy one they should try and fix but apparently they aren't doing anything. This is the 3rd or 4th month these keep happening and clearly their programming team has better things to do or these issues would be solved already.
It is a stupid feeling when it is 2014 and you live in a western world country and feel helpless in front of such ignorance.
the best part about ipoker dcing is the client closes all the tables if it doesnt find signal in 10 seconds...why they do this rather then just say dc and leave the tables open to make it easier for the user is beyond me
and the auto rebuy going off is another thing I just cannot understand why it works how it currently does. You DC, after you reconnect you no longer have auto-rebuy, okay?
