    BB: $24.09 (96.4 bb)
    UTG: $23.65 (94.6 bb)
    MP: $18.15 (72.6 bb)
    Hero (CO): $25 (100 bb)
    BTN: $74.58 (298.3 bb)

    Preflop: Hero is CO with A 4 6 T
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.75, BTN folds, SB calls $0.65, BB folds

    Flop: ($1.75) J 9 T (2 players)
SB bets $0.75, Hero calls $0.75

    Turn: ($3.25) Q (2 players)
SB bets $1.50, Hero raises to $6.26, SB calls $4.76

    River: ($15.77) T (2 players)
SB bets $8.02 and is all-in, Hero ?

Given that I block a T, it's only 1/2p and he can even be vbetting worse sometimes, this is probably a call. Would you think about folding this if he had pot behind or we didn't have the T? I'm a little worried because I hardly see any bluffs he could show up here with. OTOH I neither expect him to play a bare set like this too...

If he's value-betting worse it's a call with any nut flush; if he's not value-betting worse it's a fold with any nut flush.

Yes, that is the question. The fact that the board further blocks at least two of his flushes he might consider valuebetting works against us too. However I think vs an unknown fish the random spazz factor is always high enough to make this a call. I also played around with ranges in PPT and even without a T blocker and rather pessimistic range assumptions it seemed like a close call.
Only when we don't hold the T and he pots it is where I'd seriously consider folding.

And I'm sure I had like <10 hands on him where he had a large gap between his VPIP and PFR.
