Standard? Or too risky? Or raise somewhere else in the hand?

I don't think calling is an option on the river so for me it was either shove or fold.

i say fold turn. even if you are 80% to win the high pot you are not getting the right odds to call down. although i guess emergency low is possible

Bluff with blockers especially back doors might not work very well often at micro stakes

If you do this at micros it has to be early in the session so if you're called you can reap the rewards of an aggro image.

Ok.

Villain called me with the K-hi flush. I was ahead till the river.

It was early in the session and I won most of it back.

We can raise flop - mostly for protection from gutshots that decided to donk as well as some value from Kxxx hands.

Repping back door flushes is fine, but the problem is most people don't value bet thinly enough at low stakes (particularly as a fairly large sizing) which means his range is weighted towards strong back door flushes himself + possibly (tho unlikely) some bluffs.

If you know he's capable of betting sets and straights in this spot then I would like this play more. As is, it's probably spew.

Tx. I think looking at the times I got paid of by a non nut flush and the investment villain had already made this was a little too risky.

I fold river, because K high flush is very likely

Yeah that makes sense given villains line.

Raise flop imo. River jam is not obligatory actually but I'm pulling the trigger most of the time here.

It has worked around 0/3 times in my game so I'll stay away from this bluff a while
