sorry moderator dont know why it posted twice.

I really am not sure what to do in these spots. If i have the flush draw id go with it but without it I am not sure vs this particular player. his flop raise is 7 around 600 hands. Hes a reg that has ag factor of 1.4. He has co raise of 45.

I figure I am either up against a set or a wrap with a flush draw and I just don't think my hand does very well. Just curious if this is a standard fold or shove spot. I really don't know. I just knew he was a nit post flop. I folded but #itfeelsbadman

I kind of wanted to check call this flop but I felt wimpy doing that. Anyone ever check call here?

This is fine - his range has you dominated since you have to give him high suited rundowns or a set (aces are out since he would have 4b you pf).

I think you played it well and got away from a marginal spot without costing yourself to much.

I probably just get it in even if he is a nit as there's so much in the pot already and we have an open ended straight draw and an overpair, if it wasn't 3bet preflop I would fold.

I personally agree with Clinton. Against any nut flush draw you are not doing great, in fact they are an equity favourite to win the pot, and if you include the fact that a good % of the time he's going to have a combo draw (p+fd or wrap+fd) or even a made hand, such as 2 pairs or sets I, I think his range just crushes your hand. Even when he shoves QQ+fd you are only flipping. I think you played it fine

Yeah its a nitty fold, our hand is too strong to throw away when villain jams any 2 diamonds and wraps, I would peel and get it in on a lot of turns

Your sizing is also really weak and going to encourage villain to play back at you very wide

I like the sizing but would call the raise. You don't block hearts so it's pretty straight forward which turncards to stack off.

Did they buff nut flush draws and I missed it? Patch notes?

Is this a duplicate thread? Your sizing is super weak. Bet bigger/jam flop.
