NFD+GS OOP on Flop

Poker Stars, $1/$2, $0.40 ante Pot Limit Omaha Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

    SB: $200 (100 bb)
    Hero (BB): $205 (102.5 bb)
    UTG: $338.22 (169.1 bb)
    MP: $613.83 (306.9 bb)
    CO: $721.41 (360.7 bb)
    BTN: $580.91 (290.5 bb)

    Preflop: Hero is BB with 5 A 6 Q
3 folds, BTN raises to $6, SB folds, Hero calls $4

    Flop: ($15.40) J K 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $11.76, Hero raises to $36, BTN raises to $93.22, Hero raises to $198.60 and is all-in, BTN calls $105.38

    Turn: ($412.60) 6 (2 players, 1 is all-in)
    River: ($412.60) 5 (2 players, 1 is all-in)

Is it better to flat flop or raise? How do we proceed on the turn if we choose to flat? Once he 3bs flop how do you weight his range? Is it better to call and see a non paired turn before getting the rest in?

Flatting and raising are both fine, but flat hes 3bet otf. Shove hits ott.

e: also shove A and depending of villain fold pre
