to me this hand was a clear shove.
Although the kings are weak, the J connects and also the j3 gives a flush draw.

Now here in the omana 11$. Deep, only 14 players left.

I had aces twice in the last 5 orbits and everybody folded to my preflop raise; no profit except blinds. So i figured I had to make a move with this.

This is the cutoff everybody folds.
What i hoped and expected happened: button folded, the big stack called, And he had a weaker hand.

Now there are some players advocating to not play this medium/ weak KKand wait a little more for AAxx, or a ds broadwayhand.
What do you think?

yes. they post on 2p2. A guy who already won the omania 33 and finished top a second time.
I can understand that.
Because within one orbit you can expect another premium hand.

With 8 bb just before the ft is not much, but this tourney was pretty shallow. Many players had small stacks. and big stacks were not so big. So a lot of chance to double up and get much deeper.

But as i said, i dont regret my decision.

SB is trivial, if loses can shut down a bit and still have nice amount of bbs, if wins can bully more and people will be scared to shove their 54% preflop

limping is totally out of the question, you are just asking to get raised by a bigger stack.

It's fold or shove spot, dependent on how fishy the other shorter stacks are and the final table pace. If the other stacks are solid at folding game, and are forcing me to act, then I am shoving, but generally I am mucking to get a couple of pay jumps.

So many time I've been bottom stack from like 30/30 to come 3rd or 4th with <1/4 avg stack just by expert folding and stack targeting.

I am talking about if this was a final table, with 7 left. Ofc Auto shove is +ev, it will increase your ICM slightly, but that doesn't meany you have to take that play, there are no antes, I see what my blinds bring alot - rationale in previous post

With 14 left, it's no brainer.
