A casino near me offers PLO tournaments. I used to play some PLO online and want to start playing more live cash and figured this might be a good way to start to get my feet under me.

I'm very familiar with NLHE tournament strategy. Anyone have any general strat adjustments for playing in something like this?

Play some plo tourneys on pokerstars. One big difference is no antes. So when you get short dont shove. In nlhe you do. Plo you wait for a strong hand.

I have released some commercial content on the topic, Paulo has also started several threads here so run a search.

You can def bide ur time even with a small stack, there's much more action in PLO so the field cuts down real fast.
