Hello,

some players checkraise so much it cant be good...But what are the best spots to checkraise?

IMO:

preflop weak AA first limp then 3 bet vs single raise and max 1 caller to take the pot down for the flop.

on the flop: middle/ bottom set on a semi wet board. To decrease odds for drawing. ( top set is a lead itself)

Do you know other top spots to checkraise pre-flop or on the flop?
Or the turn? is there a good checkraise for a river?

Good spot to check-raise preflop = almost never. The only possibility to check-raise pre is to post blind out of BB, or play HU with even blinds.

Good spot to limp-raise preflop = almost never. As I think it, even with imagination it's hard to figure out a spot where preflop limp-raise would be the best line. Open limping is just so bad.

Good spot to check-raise flop = too hard to go through in one short post. Basicly when you hit your valuerange on the flop you have three options. Check-raise is one, and you should compare it to donking or check-calling and think which one is the best in that spot. And it depends on so many things like stack sizes, opponent, how many players there are in the pot, imagos, dynamics, hero's gameplan etc.

Good spot to check-raise turn = if you can't commit your stack on the flop you might try to do it on the turn. Like check-calling flop with a strong hand and check-raise safe turn against someone who barrels a lot.

Good spot to check-raise river = I use check-raise against players that have big river aggression. With bluff catchers I check-call, with valuehands I often check-raise if I think my opponent is more likely to bluff me than call me. And sometimes if I think he is bluffing a lot I check-raise him with blockers/air.

It's hard to give short answers, as it always depends on so many things. Sometimes a good check-raise spot might not be a good spot against someone else, even as the cards are the same.
