Hi Folks,
Background: I suck at PLO. I really have no idea how to play, I was just taking a break in a long NL session. I normally play 5-10 NL.
Setting: The table is $2 / $3 PLO, but the $3 is a phantom blind -- it costs $5 to call. The rake is $5 every pot. The table is full, stacks are very deep. I have $280 at the start of the hand because I have no idea how to play.
Pre-Flop
I'm on the BB with Q

. MP raises to $15 (pot). BTN calls. SB calls. I call. [$55 in pot] [I have $265 behind, all cover]
Flop
Flop comes J
96. SB checks. I bet $55 (pot). MP folds. BTN calls. SB folds. [$165 in pot] [I have $210 behind, BTN covers].
Turn
Turn comes 3. I check. BTN bets $165 (pot). I fold.
My guess is I played this hand terribly, but like I say, I barely ever play PLO. So please use small, simple words and explain to me how to suck less.
