I've been thinking about getting into PLO recently so I decided to play some .02/.04 to get used to it. This preflop spot came up that I wasn't sure about. I'm still getting used to 3bet/4bet/etc spots so any insight into this hand is appreciated. No real reads on the players though. Thanks.

Looking back at it now I probably should have just potted it since BB was so short but I'm a PLO noob so that may not be correct.

calling is fine... your hand plays really well multi-way and is unlikely to be a big favorite (if at all) over most of BBs range
