I think people generally heavy underbluff in general at these stakes and even QT made SDvalue OTR, so I expect him to reasonably often have at least the 2nd nut flush maybe mixed with some random spazzes now and then. Is this still a fold then? Would you call with the Kh or Ah blocker? What if we had like J 2 J K or J 2 J A . Are these better calls than the hand I had above?

I always call and he always has it. Like, they ALWAYS have it. And if they once in a blue ****ing moon wouldn't have it that's so rare that the times they have it still massively outweighs it. Like you wrote yourself: "I think people generally heavy underbluff in general at these stakes"

So yeah, I would feel ******ed to fold, so I would call, and he would ALWAYS have it. Not having a club in the hand makes it soooo nice to call though. But yeah he always has it.

If someone can figure out the correct HM2 filters to apply I would go through the hands I have from PLO5 and PLO10z on stars and show that literally every time I call in this spot they have it.

I would snap **** in the rest, just to be the alpha donk. I would give him a AQTX hand with two clubs, even though i don't think he leads oop with that for a pot bet on the river.

River lead is never a bluff at this stake and he credibly can have both higher flushes so probably a fold. Sometimes you might see a QT but doubtful enough to justify a call.
With the sets + K/Ah blocker hands I think its even more of a fold as you no longer beat the QT spew.

side note : this is probably a fold preflop.

The blocker hands are definitely worse as they lessen the chance villain is blocker bluffing.

Really feel like this is just a fold, because yeah, they just always have it.

Good point and I normally would fold. I must have had a small sample or meta reads on CO or one of the blinds suggesting he's a weaker player. Still a fold?

I'd be so much more inclined to call if we didn't have the Jh. I just don't see too many T high hearts in this hand that continue on flop and turn. Pretty sure I shrug/fold and look for a better spot. Not calling with blockers because he's obviously capable of doing this with non-nut flushes (see the juxtaposition?).

Lol at all the flush bluff catching when the 2nd most obvious draw is the straight that also gets there

This is very much a flush bluff catch.
