I'm kinda new to PLO and while I am winning 12x buyins right now I've noticed my blue line is huge and my red line is really bad.

I generally play late night vs bingo type players. I feel like i'm doing the right thing - just folding til I hit a hand since these guys don't seem to fold ever.

I just wanna know if there is any way I can improve my redline vs bingo donks.

It seems that people get too caught up in having a better redline and forget that you often end up sacrificing your blue line, for a higher redline. The players that have tremendous enviable red lines, often have much lower blue lines. Funny how none of those players with super high redlines seem to complain that their blue line isn't high enough. Maybe its because they understand that both can lead to positive green lines.

The fact of the matter is that if your red line or your blue line is impressive, then you are in a pretty good spot to be a winning player, so long as the opposite line is not pointing straight downward or the exact mirror image of its counterpart.

As said in the link above, improving your red line may improve your green line.

However, keep in mind that if the improvement of one line decreases the other line, you have essentially negated the affect on your green line.

Figure out when their ranges are weak, and attack it.

I don't think I could have a winning blue line if I tried. Always too tempted .

I only have experience up to PLO50 , I assume your paying micro PLO too.
95% of winning players at PLO25 and below have negative red lines. At PLO50 you start to see more winning players with break even or positive red lines, but below that, don't even worry about it.

And GGARJ , whens the cr video coming out?

hehe, hopefully soon. Was supposed to record it last week, but had the flu so played all week instead, lol.

This week I told myself not to play before I get it done. Haven't played at all, but have also been undecided on the exact format + tons of procrastination.

The theory's gonna be largely based on the milestone post, but I also wanna get some fresh HHs and discuss board textures a bit more. I may well do a sequel on some more advanced bluffing spots, etc, if this is well-received.

Ignoring the lines is the best advice you can get.
