S1 (CO): 256 BB (VPIP: 22.16, PFR: 12.57, 3Bet Preflop: 1.59, Hands: 169)
S2(BTN): 90 BB (VPIP: 30.17, PFR: 16.20, 3Bet Preflop: 7.81, Hands: 182)
Hero (SB): 71 BB
Villian (BB): 120 BB (VPIP: 45.00, PFR: 35.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 20)
S5 (UTG): 212.5 BB (VPIP: 39.29, PFR: 3.57, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 29)

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, Villian posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 4d 2s 3s 5h
fold, fold, S2 raises to 3.5 BB, Hero calls 3 BB, Villian calls 2.5 BB

Flop : (10.5 BB, 3 players) 3h Qh 6d
Hero checks, Villian checks, S2 checks

Turn : (10.5 BB, 3 players) 4s
Hero bets 5 BB, Villian raises to 15 BB, fold, Hero calls 10 BB

River : (40.5 BB, 2 players) 9s
Hero checks, Villian bets 38.5 BB, Hero calls 38.5 BB

Hero shows 4d 2s 3s 5h (Straight, Six High)
(Pre 34%, Flop 65%, Turn 14%)

Villian shows Ac 5s Js 7d (Straight, Seven High)
(Pre 66%, Flop 35%, Turn 86%)

How does having the 5h affect the hand? In small stakes a river pot is almost always for value from my experiences. I bet into 2 opponents OTT OOP showing strength and he raises, so should I be folding river? Thanks.

Fold pre.

Why would it? There are 3 other 5 cards in the deck and villain is very likely to have 52+. Maybe exactly QQh8h5, but that's not going to be likely.

As played you should probably just fold the turn. Your straight is now a bluff catcher and if he either bets the nuts or continues his bluff on the river, you're folding every time so folding turn is best. I would only call turn if you have a read villain semis turns freq and gives up when called and misses river. I can't see him really raising a set here unless its exactly 44

As played river is a certain fold and yes, fold pre

You have 5 high preflop. Might want to fold 5 high.

But seriously, fold preflop. Bad hand even though it's a rundown.

In PLO High I generally never call a raise with a rundown lower than 7 high (ex 76xx) for this very reason.

Not sure what you're trying to imply here. If hero had a smaller stack, will it make a call pre as we won't be that worried about running our smaller two pair/draws into higher two pair/draws?

If yes, how short do you think we need to be to make this a call pre?
