villain seemed pretty solid. call steal 50% and 3bet 21%. He cbet in 3bet pot 45% and usually his sizing was bigger, around $6. as he bets flop so small and checked turn, I decided to bet and take the pot down + value on river, if we hit the flush. Is this line okay, or should we check behind?

As played I called, cause we need ~30% equity, but not sure if we have it, since I dont know how to create different ranges in plo. When I only count the outs for the flush, which is often not the nutflush, we have like ~14% which is obv way too less. Is this right?

    Turn is a snap fold.

PF is also spew. I'm usually not opening this hand. Low pocket pairs have almost no strength in PLO; you have 3 to the same suit; your flush draw is medium-strength; and your cards aren't really connected.

If I do open this hand, I'm definitely folding to the 3-bet. I don't mind folding to the 3-bet once in a while, and this is a perfect hand to just toss.

Ya, I agree with ^^ for the most part. I know your playing heads up, but that doesnt mean you have to raise every button. Im not sure about your play on the turn, i think i check behind more often than not, however, i think im always mucking when he re-raises

You never have 30% vs his range here! Fold pre, if you do open close to 100% OTB, fold to 3bet. I usually don't fold to 3Bets vs players who are very, very bad post flop. It's an easy muck vs a reg though. Kind of like a reverse implied odds situation, where you will lose a lot of big pots and win small ones. Even when you flop a set, it's the lowest possible one and facing 3 streets it's usually a meeeeh spot too.

Open is spew, especially vs a 21% 3-bettor. If I'm opening this hand it's because I'm getting 3-bet v.little and/or opponent is really bad post flop. Also an easy fold to the 3bet and an easy muck OTT.
