flop sizing is small enough you can call I think but his stack size is going to make your life difficult on a lot of turns when he's going to be shipping the vast majority of them so shipping flop might even be a better idea to avoid making mistakes on future streets.

If BB is raising a reasonable range, we're making a mistake by shipping. We probably have somewhere between 41-44% vs. his range. Add in rake and it's a lot worse.

At the same time the stacks are shallow and it looks like 41-44% might be ok, but still you can find much better spots.

As for the rake what I wanted to stress is that whenever one wishes to play 3-max at normal tables, guys, you have to pay attention to the rake structure in your poker-room. Just go to the site and open that nicely hidden pages with the rake structure. The issue with 3-maxes might be the following: the rake taken might be just the same as for the normal 6-max games (in comparison to HU games at 6-max tables that usually have a lower rake). Which makes such a game simply very -EV unless you are facing 2 super spewy whales that simply donate you money with whatever they have in every hand.
I haven't checked WPN, but at 888poker it's so. Also if you're playing such tables a lot, just check your database if you are doing profits in 3-max. Cause you may be under impression that you are playing with nice table select but you may still be loosing.

Rake is .01 for every .20 in pot.
    2 player cap .50
    3player cap 1.00
    4player. 2.00
    5-9 player. 3.00

Is the number of players referring to dealt in, or only players that play in the pot?

    Also no flop,no drop.

Number of players who were dealt their cards counts. Yes, no flop no drop, but in PLO it goes to flop much more than in holdem.

So in WPN it's not that hard (but still check your profits in 3max). At 888poker it really suxxx

    Table Limit:5¢/10¢-$1-$2 (excluding Jackpot)
No. of Players Rake per Pot MAX
    2 1¢ for each 20¢ in Pot $1
    3+ 1¢ for each 20¢ in Pot $4
