I probably would just flat with a hand like that since we are so underrepped but my HU game is not great. I don't think the 4-bet is really bad, depends on how aggressive they are and based on the stats you have over 250 hands they seem like a pretty passive player. Both VPIP and PFR look low and his 3-bet is also on the low end, this leads me more just calling with a premium hand in position. I typically like to 4-bet with really strong double suited middling rundowns myself hu.
I don't think the 4-bet is near as spewy as you think though. When we get 5-bet we assume he has either super premium kings or AA and get away from the hand when we are dominated and when he isn't we're pretty close to flipping and we have position and he will fold hands he shouldn't from time to time postflop.
Obvious flop is obvious and you GII especially after 4-betting.
