Do you think using them for micro is a good idea?
They had 12% RFI range which is very tight UTG open and it includes 5544ds or KJ89ss which i thought no good enough for UTG.
So is it worth to use them exactly?

they're mostly good, but u can just copy the range and edit it the way u want in PPT. then copy and paste it into the range explorer and see what new % of hands it is (if u wanted it to remain 12% and it's now 11.5%, add some more hands, etc.)

It doesn't say anywhere that the 12% RFI is explicitly for UTG. Just use one of the looser ranges then.

Also, the ranges are primarily meant to be improvements over PPT top x% ranges for running calcs, which they are. Trying to memorize which hands are in which ranges so that you can open a certain hand or fold it isn't going to be so useful unless you understand why to play a certain hand in a given way, situationally.
