Kind of close between all 3 options. Vs an unknown I think I like c/f best. Usually you can trust that they won't be turning random queens and bad straight draws into bluffs so you can fold without being too exploited.

The Ace on the turn seems to be a good barreling card,plus we could still be ahead and should try to protect our hand.
I think bet/folding to a big raise is the play.
