2/2 live, 9 player

mp (hero = k k 5 7) = $200
co = $500 (tight player)

preflop:
utg limps, hero raises to $10, hj calls, co pots to $46, sb/bb/utg folds, hero calls, hj calls

co either has AAxx or a good rundown.

flop ($144): 3 8 j
hero pots

I'm not folding a K-high flush draw. so if I'm going to call, I might was well be the one pushing.

1) Should I have folded preflop given my read?
2) what would you have done on flop?

I'd either limp behind or fold, def fold to co's 3b.
Jamming flop sounds right.

But its not like like you're getting AA to fold with this stack size. So against non-AA your hand is actually very good, and your dilemma becomes whether you want to either:

1. bet for value and/or protect from weak hands drawing out
2. bet to induce a bluff or other type of bet from a weaker holding

This isn't a "well we can't fold so we might as well bluff" type spot. There's a lot of potential value from inducing. That said I still think I just bet out. I don't want nits checking behind and drawing out on us.
