Had to do this, as we listened to this last thing in the bus - Scorpions playing it with the Berlin Philharmonics. In the end, half of the bus was in tears hugging each other, as this is apparently a tradition, and always symbolizes the end of the production.

u motivated me to go further into my research, and I started leaning towards the him being serious side a bit more watching this, until he pulls out an iphone for notes when he's about to do a freestyle (btw I know hardly any German, so I'm not really the right person to conduct this research, but I understood that much). Also his website is way too over the top to be serious. Mostly a bunch of news updates, of rappers getting new jewelry, or African-Americans (ein Thug) robbing fast food restaurants (mit einem Heater).

If I had to guess, I think he really wants to live the baller rapper lifestyle, but realizes that the only way to pull it off in his position/surroundings is to turn himself into an over the top parody.

am no austrian but swiss, but can confirm money boy is just trying to get a piece from the pie. he's just making fun of the german rap scene in general and it's "drift" towards gangsta.
(i can still remember my ex pumpin' his song "dreh den swag auf" in 2011 when i was too hungover on saturday mornings).

edit: if somebody's interested in his deep lyrics, i could translate them (tho there really isn't anything lost if you just feed his stuff to google translate i guess )

BigErf: nice car. In the army one of the guys had late 90s DeVille which was pretty cool. But I guess they're not as exotic over there... here it's quite rare to see american cars except corvettes and some boring chryslers.
