SB checks, MP checks, Hero bets $0.16, BTN raises to $0.53, SB folds, MP folds, Hero calls $0.37

Turn: ($1.32) A (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $1.28

villian hasn't made any moves in the 50 hands since I sat down and looks pretty much to be fit or fold.

I hate folding this but it just seems so AT.

Am I putting him on just too narrow a range of combos here?As played he is nearly always taking this line on turn with practically all his flop range I think.

Thanks in advance

What hands are in a flop raising range here? ATxx, TTxx and AAxx are all likely candidates, maybe 33xx and sometimes A3xx. I think T3xx just calls. It's also possible that KQJx with a flush draw raised, but that may have also just called, so I think this is only a very small part of his range.

Given the flop action, almost all of his range fills up on the turn. Snap fold in my opinion.

I don't know what kind of player BTN is. So I will try to just do general assumptions.

On the flop, you have a lot of equity vs a lot kind of ranges, even against super tights ones you have 40% or more. So just shoving the flop looks good for me vs a lot of players.

If you want to dodge some turn cards because villain seems very tight, you could call and dodge Ts and 3s, but you can't dodge Aces, given villain is almost allin you should just shove on that ace. You have almost always 9 outs to improve when behind, and villain can sometimes have combo draws on his range, especially because your bet was not very strong on the flop, and villain being IP may think he has Fold Equity against you and try to clear the field too with some Strong draw not very nutty like Wraps + nonnut FD.
