Folding flopped set to aggression? Folding flopped set to aggression?

I am a very new omaha player (played nlhe a fair bit at micros) so am still getting the hang of things with this new game format.

However I was unsure about this hand:

Poker Stars, $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Omaha Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

SB: $2.12 (106 bb)
BB: $11.82 (591 bb)
Hero (UTG): $6.23 (311.5 bb)
MP: $1.49 (74.5 bb)
CO: $1.59 (79.5 bb)
BTN: $2.60 (130 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 9 K 4 9
Hero raises to $0.04, 2 folds, BTN calls $0.04, SB folds, BB calls $0.02

Flop: ($0.13) 9 T A (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.13, BTN calls $0.13, BB raises to $0.65, 2 folds

Firstly I'm not really thinking I should've opened with that hand, even more so from UTG. However my main query is what the correct play would be when I've hit bottom set on a two tone board vs aggression?

I opted to fold as obviously I'm an underdog vs any TT/AA hands. There are also many flush and straight draw combos available on that board. So was folding the best option or should I have potentially called and re-assessed on the turn?

Thanks

EDIT: Apologies for missing out the stakes in the thread title!

stats on villain?

fold pre. i'm generally calling and ellaborate turn on such a draw heavy bord, but might choose another option if villain is really nittish.

Folding this preflop is so much more critical than anything you do on the flop. This is not close to an open from UTG. Working on your preflop game should be your top priority.

I am still working out how well different hands play etc. one thing I am curious about is 3bet calling ranges? How wide for should I be calling 3bets both IP and OOP? As currently I think my call 3bet is something like 70% which seems crazily high to me? Or is this normal due to the only small margins hands have preflop making it profitable to call 3bets widely?
