I don't play much these days & when I do it's mostly PLO micro tourneys or $2 tables on Full Tilt. So yeah just a microfish whose game knowledge is outdated & I can admit that I've no solid clue on how to negotiate the finer points of online play, esp PLO cash tables. Nor do I play big stack Omaha very well.

probably not defending this hand, because you have to play out of position post flop with a very weak holding. So pretty much what you do after the fact is irrelevant, you know?
that being said The flop you'd probably want to pot it, or 3/4 pot to extract value from draws. on the turn you still have some showdown value and boat outs vs ppl who are overplaying straights, but most likely you are behind and folding is fine.
