Alright, I've been playing PLO for a while, and I admit that I am not very good. The following hand is one where I am unsure about the right action on the flop and then the turn.
I am looking for comments on the flop and turn. But, pre-flop and river comments are welcome, also.

This is a pretty good flop for my hand, at least I feel that way at first. When I get check-raised, I call because I have a "13 nut out wrap" ignoring the fact that it's more of a 9 out wrap when you remove the flush cards. I also could hit and lose on the river.
I don't know if this is a good call, but getting stacks in will likely mean I am getting the money in bad. Folding seems really weak. I haven't played a ton of hands against this other player. I don't know how strong his c/r range is. I could be in really bad shape and probably flipping at best. I call, figuring that I have position and want to see the turn.
Turn: (62.9 BB, 2 players) 3
SB bets 44.8 BB,
Hero calls 44.8 BB
This turn should be good for me. If I am against the same wrap (or similar draw), I have the flush draw as a backup. Villain leads. I don't think a fold is ever right here. I think a raise has no fold equity, and I don't know if I make more getting it in here or waiting to try and get it in, if I hit on the river.
River: (152.5 BB, 2 players) Q
SB bets 25.5 BB and is all-in,
Hero ...
I don't think I should ever call here, even hitting the straight, because a lot of the flop c/r range should include flush draws.
