Finding X percentile hand(s) on X flop vs Y range

Hey,
Anyone know how to do the above in Odds oracle or the like?
Like as an example:
Random made up HH:
BTN R 3bb
SB 3b 10b
Flop Qs 5d 4h
Is it possible to get a list (like in range explorer) of hands filtered to a percentile of your choosing? (I.E I want to examine the top 10% percentile hands, or the 60th percentile hand, or the 50th to 60th etc)
NOT where it falls overall in the 6H Omaha hand ranking chart, but where it falls specifically vs the SBs assumed 3b range, and within our btn raise/call range.
Hopefully that makes sense...
