in the BB (PL; 2c/4c). UTG raises to 14c, UTG+1 3bets to 48c. Hero folds.

I posted as best as I could without being able to to post HH into the converter.

reads and depth would be nice, vs certain players and certain depths it could theoretically be a call, but ive never encountered such a situation

Sorry, I only had ~40BB. UTG was pretty aggressive; UTG+1 hadn't sat for long (10 hands) but it seemed like he was waiting for a spot to 3-bet the other player.
