Villain is 70/35 with 22%cbet and 24%aggfq over 242 hands. I'm not sure if people ever bluff here, should I just fold or call and evaluate later streets?

Loose type like that will most certainly 3bet 99xx or any rundown QJT9 so most definitely calling the flop and most probably turn too if you decide to not lead on turn.

there are worse Txxx and i doubt he is doing that with T9/99. most of the time he will slowplay and raise turn.

but he will do it with AT so its a close spot.

Shove it vs him, 22% is too much for folding this one. In the rare case he got t9, u still have 3 outs. All other cases, like 95/100, you crush him with trips + decent kicker.
