interpretation is just a choice of yours

P.S. Always only use labels for types of players you can spot yourself, because those are the players against which you will be playing in a way you have figured out to exploit that particular player and maybe make different plays than you would agains someone without a label

Well im sure people could find many different uses for such label, but lets just say that I use it when I want to be aware of that persons participation in a hand

I just try and keep it simple and color code villains in two categories - yellow for guys who want to make money (starts with 16/12 nits and ends with 34/25 LAGs) and blue for guys who don´t mind losing money (the rest hehe).

Saying its simple would be an understatement

Yeah, I´m sure the nonsense you use (see image) is way more sophisticated.

I could trim the list down a bit for more general classifications, but here's what I have.
Any colour combination works, as long as you can remember it. If classifications are similar, you can set similar colours to make recognition easier.

Unclassified (means I just have notes on them)
Loose (play a lot of pots in general, not necessarily smart or dumb)
Loose, smart (quality loose, aggressive players)
OOP chaser (not really loose, but love to call out of position)
Passive
Tight
Tight, easy fold
Solid Player
Spewy, reckless (spazz type players, that just love to push pots)
Fish
Fish, calls down light (for those that pay out more frequently)
Calls down light (so I can value bet a bit more)
I dislike this guy (reserved for a few lol)

Yellow = note but still unknown
Green = good TAG, or a more straightforward reg
Red = good LAG, or a trickier reg
dark blue = aggro nit
Blue = passive nit
light/sky blue = loose passive/calling stationy
pink = passive/nuthugger/scared and weak
orange = crazy monkey maniac
purple = bad aggressive LAG

If I see a person play a hand in a certain way (like donk betting with a bad draw or whatever on the flop) then I'll take a note...

I'm keeping it simple and using just 3 colours and they have nothing to do with style.
Yellow=BE/slight loser/unknown
Red=winning/thinking reg
Green=fun player

Every player has more or less unique style and I try to pay attention to specific individual and not generalize players.

I use something similar. Marking someone as TAG or LAG doesn't really help all that much in game. You can just take a look at the person's HUD to see whether or not he's a TAG, LAG, loose/passives etc.
