Bottom set, fold on river? Bottom set, fold on river?

Bovada, 05/10.

My first hand of the night, I'm in the BB with K 6 6 6.

Pre: Two limpers, and I check. Four players to see the flop.

Flop: K 6 9

SB checks, BB (hero) bets $0.40, UTG + 1 calls, other two players fold.

Turn: 4

BB (Hero) bets $0.60 (1/2 pot). UTG + 1 calls.

At this point I feel like he's maybe got Kings up, but my bottom set should be OK.

River: 5

If he is holding 78, 23, or 37 his straight just came in. Since he called me down, I'm thinking he was drawing to the straight.

BB (Hero) checks. UTG + 1 bets $0.60. Hero?

bet more on the turn, bet fold river (you can also c/c, not that much in it)

Why bet more on the Turn? With just the two of us, 1/2 pot should give him bad odds for drawing, right?

yes and no. bad direct odds, but good implied odds. if he has say 9 clean outs, he only needs to win ~$0.53c on the river to break even.

So if diamonds get there and he bets $0.53c taking the pot to $2.93, are you going to fold getting nearly 5-1?

As played this looks like an easiest call in the world.
However, I would either cshove or bet closer to pot on turn (with cshove being preferable)
I would also bet river between 1/3 and 2/3 pot depending on how stationy villain is.

As a note, would be nice to give us some reads or at least stack sizes
