Southern California PLO and Big O players:
MARK YOUR CALENDARS!
This Sunday, August 20th, 2017 @ 2pm!
Ocean's 11 Casino will be hosting a PLO/Big O tournament.
One loop of Big O, one loop of PLO.
Tournament will be dealt 8 handed.
Structure is as follows:
Buy-in: $170 + $20 entry fee = $10,000 starting chips
Optional add-on: $10 = $2,000 additional chips (one time per entry)
Unlimited re-buys during first two hours of play
Blinds start @ $25-25
Rounds will be 30 minutes long
You may enter up to 4pm.
There is also an ad in Card Player magazine, in the Ocean's emailer, on their Facebook page, and flyers all over the casino.
Last time Ocean's held a Big O/PLO tournament three months ago, there were approx. 92 entries and the prize pool was over $15k.
Should be a great turnout.

Yeah sometimes the addon goes as a tip to the staff / dealers not into the prize pool so thus it becomes "optional" although obviously everyone takes it (i'm assuming that's whats happening here although I never played poker in this casino or even in the US)
