I'm in the BB everyone folds and SB open pots 100% what hand rankings should we 3bet with? top 30% or wider?

100% if he folds against 3bets a lot or is check-folding a lot OOP on flops in these situations...

Otherwise i would say... 50%

I probably should have used a 90% range for SB and added that he calls all 3 bets. Hows that change our 3 bet %?

Depends... If he check folds e.g. 70% of the flops than you can easy raise 100%...

Yep post flop stats are important here in BB vs. SB situations as generally with PLO there is next to no fold equity with a preflop 3bet, especially heads up.
