another 3b pot situation, turn and river decision

Villain in this hand has very standard stat, nothing too out of line from what i've played him. I have 1.5k hands on him.

23/16, AF 4, folds to 3b 0%, folds to cbet in 3b pot 31%. W$WSF 39%,
CO open 1st 25%, W$SD 50%, turn aggression frequency 30% and river aggression frequency is 23%.

Do you guys prefer to lead the turn or c/c is fine here?

CO: $48.34 (96.7 bb)
BTN: $49.50 (99 bb)
SB: $47.11 (94.2 bb)
Hero (BB): $58.26 (116.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A 9 K 6
CO folds, BTN raises to $1.50, SB folds, Hero raises to $5, BTN calls $3.50

Flop: ($10.50) 9 8 J (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN checks

Turn: ($10.50) 4 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $7, Hero calls $7

River: ($24.50) 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $20, Hero

i think c/f flop is ok. cbetting is fine too, depends on history x the player on this table or in the day.

turn def bet. hate c/c... as played c/c river.

my default line in this hand is 3bet pre, c/f flop, after goes ck ck i lead turn and c/c this river.
