This looks like a fold to me fairly often. Villain's line looks pretty credible. Even if villain can be bluffing all of his Q4, Q7 combos, I think he'd have to be also leading a good number of other worse hands like some flushes or random double floats to start considering a call. I could be wrong though.

Snap fold, if readless. Would consider calling 1/2 of the pot size bet against unknowns.

This is probably a bluff around 10% of the time or less from my experience at these stakes. This is only a call with specific reads.
