Not stats on vilians , but i played in 4.am , was one table running and im sure evrybody was pretty loose.

n the flop bet or chb?
If i ch/b and on the turn im facing a big bet i have a few out on the river to make the nuts , mway i can call a turn bet in position but hu i dondt think is the best. And i like more a bets becouse i block top sets , so i think is more likely we will have action from dominated draws
I bet the flop , im facing a big ch/r , i thought i will get it in on any non paird turn.

b) now vs tigher range:

still massive +EV shove (+$14)

as was said before, I don't think you can call here with an intention of folding any turns.
So, I guess it comes down to how you identify his x\r range and play accordingly.
