I would probably bet around half pot on flop and turn here for value from Kx or FD's, I'm not sure what UTG is limping but he shouldn't have a ton of 3x. On river it's an easy check back. On a flop with a more likely pair to make him trips like say 99K 2 clubs I might check flop and then go for value on a blankish turn and river rather than start betting on the flop.
If villain leads flop I probably peel once, if he leads any other streets after we bet flop or peel flop I probably give up since I don't expect players to be getting out of line on paired flops at micro stakes.
Against whales you can probably consider going for 3 streets of value if they are going to call you down with Kx, Kx turned higher 2 pair etc. but usually only very special players will pay you off that much.

Your line was perfectly fine. Sure he's going to have some 3's but he's also going to have flush draws and worse stuff that can call.

Flop/ turn bet super standard for value/ protection. River easy x/back with showdown value.
