I think I dislike literally everything you decided to do in this hand sorry for not having a more constructive comment.

3-bet pre, check flop, check turn.

You're turning your hand into a bluff on the turn which doesn't make a ton of sense, since you are at top of range. Turn should be a check fold as played. I would have check called flop, but after you lead it gets very player dependent. I don't think many people fold any set here, so your villain likely folded some kind of air or K7.
