Cutoff limps this 6-handed game, I limp behind, sb call, bb raises to $2, c/o calls, I call(too loose?), sb folds.
Flop is Q67r
BB bets $7, fold, I call
Turn is 4 completing rainbow
BB pots for $21, I???
From the betsizing it seems like he's just going overboard with AAxx/KKxx/AKQx type hands but they could contain 2p as well.

So, I assume you're playing the hand hoping to hit bottom set, 23r or 37r. This is just far too ambitious. Don't call the limp; don't call the raise.
He could be going overboard but without any reads this is an easy fold.

Fold pre. If the hand was DS I don't mind calling and playing a flop. On flop, its not great to peel here, butas played keep in mind that you don't have many outs to improve and many of those outs aren't nutty, I.e. have reverse implied odds (5 turn for set vs. Villain straight or turn 8 for straight over straight etc. Etc.)
Even against the hands you give to villain, were not in great shape with few outs to improve. I fold flop and turn.

OP, this is some poor advice you are getting so far. You played fine, there is no fold pre hands in plo, well almost. Any proficient plo player will tell you this. Call river and hope he doesn't have QQQ in which case you still have outs. Cheers.
And to all of you fold pre guys, i hope to see more of you at the tables, although i doubt we play the same levels.
