Vs standard tag, no further reads.

How do we want to play these kinds of hands generally? I was planning on check/folding any card that completes a flushdraw but probably check/call the rest.

alright cheers, does the Q9 influence our decision anything or would we play T8xx the same? Are there any T8xx that we would play in a different way?

You should include at least some of your T8xx in your flop c/r range and some in your turn c/c range

ah yes of course, I imagine I will check/raise the straights that don't mind getting it in on the flop, like straight + fd or +set.

Given there are 2 flush draws out there I probably c/c turn with the worst of my T8 hands that don't have too many redraws... JT87, AQ8T (just because they can't really be raised for value) - With your actual hand as well we only have 4 redraw outs where villain could potentially have 9 redraw outs a lot (and v occasionally could have 18) - plus, the other times we GII OTT and villain doesn't have the nuts then he has a draw that has probably 50% equity against us anyway. So I might c/c this hand as well - but raising is fine too. At least with top two we block FH outs from villain if he has a set/FD or set/straight.

I'm not too worried about balance against the standard TAG at these stakes - like, for flatting the nuts OTT to be really profitable, villain would have to bluffing river a lot or value betting really thin? on blanks (not that there are many blanks!!) - basically, having the nuts OTT in our range in the river is not going to be that beneficial to us.
