I have a problem with 3betting (micro stakes) My 3bet right now is only 4%.

So I have some examples here, and I'm curious what bottom 3bet range should look like.

Hero - BTN, CO open raise

CO is standard plo10 or plo25 player (so pretty weak)
Blinds = tight players

1) CO open raise from this position - 20%
2) CO open raise from this position - 30%
3) CO open raise from this position - 40%

And how it is changing if we have in Blinds - Calling station fish

Second scenario

Hero - BB, BTN - Open raise, SB - fold

BTN is standard plo10 or plo25 player (so pretty weak)

1) BTN open raise from this position - 30%
2) BTN open raise from this position - 40%
3) BTN open raise from this position - 50%

I know its pretty hard to answer this questions, but I need something to visualize how good 3bet range should look like, in these situations

Ya 4% 3bet at micro stakes is a problem. You should be iso-ing fish relentlessly, not flatting and inviting multi-way pots. The villains in your game will react in a very -EV way overall to your 3betting.

Knowing your VPIP and PFR would give an idea of your playing style and help us let you know how wide you can 3bet. Gonna assume you're pretty tight like 20/15 ish since 3b is so low.

These %'s are obv gonna be much wider than you're used to, but should give you an idea how you should be opening up, especially IP.

Also assuming 100BB's even

I threw in a couple "bottom of range" type hands in each circumstance (in parentheses)

BTN vs. CO open:

1) CO open raise- 20% 3bet 30% (AJT7 nut suit, 8754 1 suit)
2) CO open raise- 30% 3bet 40% (KQT8 1 suit, 9754 ds)
3) CO open raise- 40% 3bet 40%+ ( JT86 1 suit, K567ds)

BB vs. BTN open

1) BTN open raise- 30% 3bet 15% (AKJ8 nut suit, J978ds)
2) BTN open raise- 40% 3bet 20% (QJT8 1 suit, A678ds)
3) BTN open raise- 50% 3bet 25% (JT97 1 suit, KJT8ds)

And i play PLO10/PLO25

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know of any material (video or wirtten) that talks about range construction for 3bet and 4bet ranges in terms of ratio of hand types??

Say 50% Big Pair, 50% Rundowns within a 3bet range? (simple example for sake of clarity)

And have any training videos ever talked about polarized 3bet ranges and how/if at all they are applicable to plo in reraised pots?
