Poker Stars, $0.05/$0.10 No Limit Omaha Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

    SB: $9.75 (97.5 bb)
    BB: $13.27 (132.7 bb)
    UTG: $10.10 (101 bb)
    MP: $12.65 (126.5 bb)
    Hero (CO): $10 (100 bb)
    BTN: $7.03 (70.3 bb)

    Preflop: Hero is CO with 4 A K 3
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.35, Hero raises to $1.20, 2 folds, BB calls $1.10, MP calls $0.85

    Flop: ($3.65) 6 T Q (3 players)
BB checks, MP bets $3.49, Hero calls $3.49, BB calls $3.49

    Turn: ($14.12) 8 (3 players)
BB bets $8.58 and is all-in, MP calls $7.96 and is all-in, Hero? (4.66:1)

Does it make sense to somewhere get away from this or do I just have to take my odds and call down not feeling particularly great about it? I'm not in great shape vs sets or the NFD and I expect at least one to have either of those quite often.
Is it maybe better to just call pre especially when people coldcall 3bets way too frequently at these stakes?

Folding seems tight but I think you just let this go. Obviously if you had nfd you're not but with less than 4 out gutter (likely someone has a J) and possibly drawing to non winning FD, I'm mucking

Just a calc problem, but yeah our flush outs should be very heavily discounted and our straight outs even get chopped sometimes.
