Hey, everybody, I'm starting to take PLO seriously with hopes of leaving my day job in 12 months and moving to Vegas. While playing online I had trouble what to do with the following.

I'm in the BB with 100BB with AsAh3h7h

UTG limps
UTG +1 limps
Small Blind Calls
I check with AsAh3h7h (I checked with this hand because the UTG is a calling station and I didn't want to play out of position with weak drawing cards. Is this the right play to begin?

Flops comes Tc5d4H

Small blind bets .75

I call (didn't raise because I didn't want the pot to get too big, plus I do not have a made hand)

UTG folds

UTG +1 raises to 3.85

SB folds

I have the decision to make to call, raise or push all in. Nobo matter what I know I will need a drawing hand. (I fold) However, should I be calling with 10 outs and a backdoor flush draw? Also preflop, do you raise and isolate with aces even if the rest of the hand is weak?

Thanks so much, this community has been so helpful so far!

I think pre check is ok against calling stations with this hand. chances are you'll get called by everyone and then play 4way OOP with ****ty aces.

post I guess I would call the first bet and fold to the raise. you def can't shove that hand, it's never a good idea to stackoff with non-nut double gutter in a limped pot for 100bb. the problem with calling is that you won't have (direct) odds on the turn to call again when you miss, unless you hit a flush draw that doesn't pair the board.

I'd raise the flop and fold to a 3 bet.
Even some random KQ68/AQJ5 hands take off a lot of equity from our hand and we are in a good shape against SB when called and can play our hand and bluff in certain runouts.
Yes we fold some equity, when we face 3bet, but it's not that decent if flop goes both 3b or multiway. So I perceive this raise as kind of protection/semibluff.

upd:
looks like we can't fold on 3b since we have 33% equity even vs TT, and a good board visibility:

I raise pf and I pot otf

Like yes we chf alot of flops but we flop decent and can leverage people off of flops/turns if the pot is larger. If we check we basically need to get to showdown.

yes, I believe pre check with this holding is fine.

otf, there is merit in casadewinna's gameplan, but by default I'd call and play on.the main reason is that we have 2 players left to act and even if he raise and UTG\+1 are folding we don't have too good visability on many turn runouts HU.

I disagree we have good visibility, we will almost always have the non nuts unless we bdf, but we have 3 hearts. I just don't think our hand is super playable oop and we just wind up chf on such a high % of turns that the 33% showdown equity isn't enough.

we are IP. (we don't know that UTG+1 raises and it will happen rarely, and even more rarely we'll face 3bet)

Also, Villain have 3 times less wraps then sets, so our equity is good even on offsuit 6 (60%).

But maybe you're right, guys.

It's tough to calculate.

I just dislike that we loose a lot of equity with call:

We are in the bb, we are oop. I like just raising instead of flatting fwiw.

What program are you using btw?
