bad hand to 3b pre

against T9, we had about 49% equity.

t9, 9: (8,7,6):add,(88,77,66):dd
~48%

with that much dead money in the pot,we only need about 39% equity to gii

Surely jam is better than call OTF? We have a hand with great equity now and even though SPR OTT will be low, our visibility on many turns can be poor.

Plus with jamming we have more of a chance to isolate to HU where our equity is likely to be better (eg. CO might be folding K high FD with little else to go with it)

I don't think there's a turn card where we're folding to any action and where the SB is doing anything other than jamming his $9.xx stack into the $35.xx (or larger) pot with his entire range, and CO's play should be basically the same regardless of whether he has to call $11.85 or call $17.15 -- so EVs should be for all practical purposes pretty much the same.

Jamming is always going to be slightly better -- and it makes more practical sense to save a mouseclick and get rid of the slight misclick chance -- which is why I listed it first, but I think the differences will be too small for it to warrant even a >.

As long as you dont fold the flop. I always jam, but I dont think it matters much if we call flop and gii on pretty much every turn, or just jam flop now.

The squeeze preflop is ******ed

+1 .... preflopp bad, shove flop

I don't mind 3bing <pot if CO had folded and MP is a nit.
