What to do?

Perhaps my 3-bet was a little ambitious since he only has a 4% pfr. My hand handles 4-bets fine though, so it can't be awful.

If I bet this flop I am continuing to barrel this turn since I have the blocker to top 2 pair and he's most likely passive if his pfr is only 4%. I bet around 80%, and if he calls I'm bluff shoving non diamond rivers and vbetting when I hit. And if he's the type to play very fit or fold with FDs otf, I would also be shoving diamond rivers that don't make my straight.
