Any reads on river if he ever bluffs there?

Most of time people never bluff on this limit, thats why i would fold.

I would also 4bet pre and bet 2/3 turn.

Turn sizing is fine, keeps his range wide and lets him continue with stuff we beat.

River is a call. Just from a hand reading perspective, I can't come up with many hands that beat us: AKQ4, AQJ4, maybe 4567 or 4678.

heh i was about to post exactly the same as ibet regarding hand ranges... such a weird hand. not only does it have to be A[KQJ]4, but it probably has to be ds. and its still kind of a weird turn check.

that said i think i fold the river anyway...

Which hand would he ever 3bet with 4 inside except random good aces with 4 there or kings, but he would bet turn with these and not check call.

So should be call river?

2 / 8 turn barrels + low agg % I think is key. He is checking and calling some medium strength hands on turn, ATxx, A BB 5, etc.

Don't think we are good enough on river vs this bloke.

i think it's as simple as "would he ever bluff with this sizing otr after c/c turn" and of course the answer is no, so fold.
