Really close spot on the turn, but I would call again with the second gutter. He picks up quite a few more semi-bluff hands on the turn he's going to barrel and when you call you'll have ~$500 behind in a $650 pot on the river to make a decision.

My plan would be to call turn and probably call river shoves on 7o and Jo (his value range shrinks a lot on these cards and his range becomes very polar), and win all the money when we river the 8o. If he checks a river spade I'd consider bluff shoving even holding no spades.
