I seem to get in similar spots as this and react the same is this standard or did i over play my hand. Looking back on the hand his sizing was structured to set up a river pot sized shoved, but i went into station mode.

I think it's pretty close tbh. I suppose you should consider how often he is barreling in spots like this with Kdxxx, Adxxx or other parts of his range. It's probably not a terrible call since I think he can get you to fold 2p and sets very often with anything he decided to barrel off with (which I assume you will take a similiar flop/ turn line with given board texture)

In the micros I probably fold that on the river because they just don't bluff enough, it really sucks doing it though. I just don't think people at small stakes will take this line as a blocker bluff, they just don't typically have it in them. He could be taking this line with a smaller flush though some of the time though.

It's something that I really struggle with because at higher stakes where people bluff and you just have to call sometimes when on autopilot I still fold that.

Also, I like the 3-bet squeeze preflop although the hand plays fairly well multi-way.

Agreed. Squeezing is better than flatting and playing this hand multiway. As played the flop is a fold but I'm calling turn when we hit our flush. When SB continues here OTR it's a pretty easy fold at the micros.

I prefer 3 bet pre. Safe play is to fold flop, but with so much stuff there I don't mind calling and finding a way to win somehow. Turn and river I think are clear folds which shows you how iffy flop call is. When you're folding on one of your best cards it means you're entirely dependent on your opponent shutting down.

Lets say I 3bet and get 4 bet and call and the same flop comes vs same villain would this still be a fold on the flop turn and river?

^ Don't worry too much about the 4bet. Its uncomfortable when it comes and is probably a fold but the vast majority of the time you're just facing calls pre. If you do decide to call a 4bet, then gii on flop is your only play since spr is so low.
