These will be streamed live on espn 3? Or recorded, edited and shown at a later date?

Streamed live on ESPN3, no hole cards.

I see, very cool. Is EPSN3 a television station or a streaming website? Espn3.com re-directs to espnplayer.com which is live streams via that website (I think). I'm in Ireland so I'm not fully sure of all the American TV stations....might try and see if I can order the station though if it won't be shown on espnplayer.com

ESPNplayer.com is probably similar to ESPN3 here. Hopefully, something will be worked out where an offshore poker site will broadcast the ESPN3 stream like PKR last year and bWin in 2008, especially for those who don't have ESPN3 available to them in the US.

Hopefully so indeed. Where do you get all this info so quickly? Info on the streams and such I mean. Not that I want to steal your thunder but I feel guilty asking you to keep me constantly updated.

was it micon and gobo that did play by play last year? that was sweet
06-08-2010 , 07:07 PM
any news?

So it seems like their intent is to save money so they will only setup equipment for 1 week this year for the streams.

It would of been nice to see some of the other events such as plo, or the $10k HU..

Gobbo and Micon covered Ivey's win of his 2nd bracelet last year.

This year James Hartigan (commentator for several EPT events) will be lead commentator.

For those who recalled their coverage during the WPT Championship, www.all360poker.com got the OK to broadcast select tables, so there's a chance you'll see some clips from Phil Hellmuth's table in the 5k tomorrow.

First time I see that 360 camerathingy, damn it's cool. Tho I don't know if I would like to watch an entire stream off that (not saying that it is meant for such an application). Might get tiresome at some point to turn the camera around the table.
06-09-2010 , 12:05 AM
It won't be a stream, they'll just be putting up clips.
06-09-2010 , 01:54 AM
They were taping the 1k event final two tables just now and taped the 10k stud yesterday. Haven't seen anything up yet though. I asked the cameraguy but he didn't knew when stuff was going up.

So I checked out espn3.com and it appears that it isn't available in Canada. Does anyone know if it will be available somewhere online for people outside the U.S.? Last year I watched a couple on PKR.com but I went to their site and it doesn't say anything.

Also, is the Main Event out of the mix again this year for sure? The first two years I bought the pay per view on my dish and DVRed the whole thing and actually really enjoyed but couldn't even find it online last year.

Don't feel bad, it's hardly available in the US.

I'm from Germany. And the 2500 mixed holdem is under way. Where can I find the stream to watch the final table?
06-25-2010 , 02:26 PM
oh boy

Hi guys,

Quick reminder that we're live on ESPN3.com from 14:00 (PDT) tomorrow (Saturday June 26th) with the final table of event #44 - the $2,500 Mixed Hold'em.

Please follow @WSOPstream on Twitter for the latest information. We'll also be reading some of the questions and comments that you tweet to us.
06-25-2010 , 06:36 PM
I have absolutely no idea. I would be very thankful for some information
06-25-2010 , 06:54 PM
Here's the announcement on ESPN.com:
http://espn.go.com/sports/fantasy/bl...-popcorn-ready

It also has a video analysis of Dutch Boyd's final table. Analysis by....Dutch Boyd.

I love the axis camera. Hopefully the live events use it like that.

Was cool, got to see Hellmuth stick his hands down his pants.

Check for Playon, but beware, you need to be a bit tech savvy if you only got a computer (plugins are avalaible for windows media center, goggle it not available on official site) . They offer ESPN and ESPN3 , free trial for 14 days (the guy from Canada might check as well, tried in Europe yesterday and most contents are blocked outside North America ).
