Televised PokerDiscussions about televised poker shows of all kinds including the World Poker Tour, NAPT, WSOP, Poker After Dark and High Stakes Poker ...
Speaking from experience, streaming bandwidth costs a lot of money, even when purchased in bulk or in blocks. With the economy the way that it is, there's just not enough seed money lying around to pay for the cost of streaming all the final tables we saw last year. Nobody is more bummed out than I am, but that's the reality.
I don't know if I necessarily agree, as I think, if it was possible, and we know it isn't because of the recent decisions regarding the big two and the Vegas casinos, that the big two would jump at the chance to slap a logo on the stream and put up the feed, especially stars. But as for Bluff or the WSOP or any other organization, I would agree.
