Re: WSOP.com to broadcast 60 WSOP bracelet events online/ESPN TV coverage

The stream was unwatchable for me last night (event 2). It was cutting out every few minutes, would hold for a bit and cut out again. Sometimes it said "the host has took this off air" and sometimes it would just freez and a 5 minute timer would come on and countdown before it came back on.

I really like veetle as it's usually clear but I've known these kind of problems with them before

So when's Tuck gonna start chirping? No commentary on the nearly epic FT last night, and now for the 3k HU, didn't seem there was any either. Not to mention, the fixed cam made it unwatchable (couldn't see boards), and the stream failed for me twice.

I watched it last night (event 5) and it was much much better. Didn't cut out at all, clear and good commentary/guests

Full flush - really good commentator and jus calls a spade a spade. When it comes to some "pro" jus spewing or generally playing terrible he wont try and cover it up with - oh he's balancing his range etc - he'll jus say he's crap and playing terribly

That said, I do come on here once in a while, so if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, shoot away.

1st question to you guys, who would you like to see doing color commentary with me.

I'm excited to say a few big names have already reached out to me...and I'm sure we'll have loads of Bart Hanson.
This is terrifical.

As much as I want to watch and support poker, with no whole cards and just bad cameras/quality streams its hard to stay glued =/

Re: WSOP.com to broadcast 60 WSOP bracelet events online/ESPN TV coverage

I am glad we at least have streaming. but even if im nitting up here, 2 things have bothered me.

Some events have bad angles, like the O8.

and also there seems to be FT streams only every other night so far. it would be nice to air some tables that are still playing but not at the FT

Gotta install some special piece of crap Windows-only software? No freaking way. You all better hope it isn't loaded with some spyware.

I don't think the WSOP would use a stream provider that include anything harmful, especially not the first year they stream so many events every day and making a big deal about it.

And Veetle seems ok:

I think the live stream is great!
Tuckman does a great job going this long and still not get boring or annoying to listen at. And both old and present poker heroes as guests who gives the stream different tempo and mood during the day.
And yeah the final tables are fun to watch also
